We spent hours searching through the internet for this!. FINALLY we came across an image of a blanket that took us to the Comfort Silkie webpage. My daughter was in heaven! Silkie blankies that she can "roll in a yittel ball"! She was very specific in her search, she wanted silk on one side & soft flannel on the other; thin not plush; and it had to be pink and white. Comfort Silkie's Heavenly Silkie fit the bill!! We are both SO EXCITED and can not wait to receive our new best friend in the mail! (And now that i know they exist, i know what my new go to newborn gift will be :) )

I got a gift from a friend 17 years ago. My son was a great sleeper at nap time & slept well through the night. I am convinced the silkie played a big part. We had 3 heavenly silkies & several of the original security blankets for the car, bags, etc. so that I could launder, etc. He was several years old before he caught me at the dryer & realized he had more than 1 heavenly silkie (his absolute favorite).
