Use this all the time. Wrap it around my neck and use for sinus pain. Heats quickly and stays hot for a long time. Ordering more!!

I actually got this from my Physical Therapist. Now I am addicted. I have it by my bed and use if often. I don't even heat or cool it. Just the weight and feel of it does the trick for me to get relief from neck and shoulder tension.

I have a lot of aches and pains and this is like a friend. It never fails to be just the right comfort when I need it. In the winter I heat it , in the summer I cool it. The weight and slow release of cold or hot is so relaxing.
